Changelog
Updates on feature releases, product improvements, and our roadmap as we keep molding Clay.

**Quick Recover with Undo Delete**
Clay users, we have a new feature that's a real lifesaver!
If you've ever accidentally deleted rows from your table and wished for an undo button - wish no more. We're thrilled to announce that you can now **undo the last delete** performed in Clay!
The new feature allows you to recover your vital data with one click, saving your precious time and keeping your workflow smooth and error-proof.

Our "Get Dapp" integration allows you to retrieve data from any dapp given a dappID. The dappID is unique to the DappRadar platform and allows you to transfer dapp data to platforms like Clay. Here's how to do it:
First, navigate to "Enrich Data" and find our "Get Dapp Data" integration. You'll notice that the two inputs are "Dapp ID" and "Blockchain", the latter of which is optional. To find the dappid, go to the page you'd like to get data from, click "About", and the DappId will be displayed there.
Once you've copied the DappIds into a column, throw that column into the matching input box. You can then select the blockchain that you'd like data for; if you don't select one, the integration will run for all chains. You can also select a timeframe if you'd like, and if you don't it will default to 24 hours. From there, you can save changes and run the integration. Happy prospecting!

Snov.io is now native to the Clay platform and ready for use, with or without an API key! We currently have three new integrations with Snov:
- Enrich Person by Email
- Find Emails by Domain and Job Title
- Enrich Person by LinkedIn URL
We’re super excited about these updates and hope you are too 🪐 feel free to reach out to us on Slack if you have any questions or suggestions!

We recently released a new column type called Merge- this easily lets you combine/waterfall data from different sources without a formula. The most common use case for this is emails, where you are getting emails from several different sources, and you want one column to combine them in a specific order.

We’ve gotten rid of Premium credits completely and have now converted them to Clay credits! This means that People Data Labs, Clearbit and Owler will now use Clay credits. Because these platforms are more expensive, we’ve reflected that in the pricing. Here are the changes in terms of Clay credit cost:
People Data Labs - 5 Clay credits (PDL is particularly useful for personal emails, phone numbers and is better with more offline leads)Clearbit - 8 Clay credits (Good for the "find contacts" to get emails from your target companies)Owler - 10 Clay credits (Good revenue/news/fundraising/competitors data)
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on this!

Yup, we’ve got it! GPT-4 is now available in all of our Clay OpenAi integrations. This is a massive jump from GPT-3; to avoid regurgitating any of the info you’ve consumed already, we’ll just say that Clay’s capacity to implement AI personalization at scale has increased tenfold. Here’s a quick video of Eric explaining the update:
Let us know some of the ways you’ve been implementing GPT-4 in Clay!

Our incredibly powerful "Scrape Website" integration allows you to generate specific outputs from a website such as title/subtitles, images, social links, specific keywords, emails, phone numbers, and more! Sometimes websites may not be structured well enough to use our other integrations with- in that case, the Scrape Website integration is perfect. Here's how to use it:
All you need is a website to run this integration. Once throwing your website column in the allotted spot, just tell Clay what you'd like to find from the website and click run! The results will quickly populate and you can map them out for further use. We hope this integration makes scraping websites 10x easier for you, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, and happy prospecting!

This one is wild- we've created a way for you to converse with ChatGPT, at scale, for cheaper than it would be to use ChatGPT's API. We're just as excited about this as you are. This integration differs from our normal OpenAI integration because you can now have a back-and-forth conversation with OpenAI through Clay. Here's how to do it:
First, go to the Enrich tab on your Clay table and find the "Converse with ChatGPT" integration. You'll see a few prompts pop up on the right side of your screen- the first is asking how many messages you'd like to send back and forth via the conversation. This is essentially asking how many messages you want sent before an output is generated.
Then, it's time to go into the details of each message. You have to designate a role for each message you wish to send. There are three roles- system (this provides context for the role the AI is playing), user (you are the user), and assistant (examples of the output you want).
After filling out each of the dialogue prompts, click "Run" and watch as OpenAI provides you with an output at the end of your conversation. We hope this helps, feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions, and happy prospecting!

It used to take lots of complex formulas if you wanted to score leads via multiple sets of criteria, but that's now a problem of the past! We've just come out with a "Score Leads" integration that allows you to quickly input several sets of criteria and the scores that should be assigned to each of them. You can score leads with up to 15 sets of criteria- here's how to do it:
First, determine which of the columns in your Clay table should impact your row's score. Then, go to the "Enrich Data" tab at the top right of your table, find the "Score Leads" integration, and start filling out the allotted sections. The form is structured so that you must input the ranges or data points that you'd like to score by (this is the "Values to Score" section), then a comparison type (less than, equals to, etc.), then either the keywords or scores that you'd like to apply to the ranges/data points. From there, you can run the integration!
Once the integration is run, the scores of each row automatically populate your Clay table, allowing you to quickly determine which leads are worth following. We hope this helps, and happy prospecting!

Figuring out what tech a company uses in their stack is super helpful for a ton of use cases - vetting prospects, finding future problems they may have with their current tech, and more. We wanted to unlock this ability, at scale, with as high an accuracy as possible. So we did!
We already had an integration for this (Our PredictLeads integration that uses job openings API), but that would only find technology mentioned in current job openings. Our new PredictLeads "Find Tech Stack by Domain" integration achieves this with both current and past job openings, which provides more data and increases accuracy.
All you need to run the integration is a company domain, and from there you can filter via the technology name, category, or the last date in which the technology was detected. After that, just run the integration and watch Clay do its magic 🧙♂️. Let us know what you think of it, and happy prospecting!
Find a person's most recent activity on LinkedIn and map it out to your Clay table. Posts can then be combined with other integrations such as OpenAI for hyper-personalized outbound messaging (check out this video for some great hacks).
Find Fundraising Data
Find data such as how much a company has raised, who funded them, what round they're in, and more through our new "Get Latest Fundraising Data by Domain" integration. All you need is a company domain to find invaluable fundraising data at scale, which can then be mapped out to your Clay table. This data can be used for sales qualification or combined with other integrations for more digging.
Find Active Job Openings By Domain
Using just a website, find active job openings within a company for further uses. Job openings often display areas in which a company is looking for further assistance, which is incredibly helpful for outbound messaging and defining company pain points.

You can now a person's social username/account link to find their personal cell number. This can be done with our Find Mobile Number and Social URLs integration and only requires a link to the person's social media account.
Build workflows faster with Clay's Templates
We've updated our templates library to incorporate new use cases and integrations! These will give you a quick start on workflows like:
- Getting personal data from a LinkedIn URL
- Finding open roles from a list of companies
- Enriching data from our Google Maps and HubSpot sources
Better organize your tables with Descriptions™
You can now add descriptions to your tables! Just click the "i" button next to the table's title and write whatever you want. This feature was recommended by sales team leaders who wanted to make it easier for their team to know the function of every table. Thank you!
Powerful LinkedIn searches via Google
Our new Find and Enrich Person integration only needs a name and a company to find anybody's profile on LinkedIn. You can now pull anything from their profile from title to company size to enrich your leads. Bonus: pull our their company domain then use "Find work email" to complete your workflow. 😉
Find personal email and social URLs
By using just a single social URL, our new integration allows you to find a prospect's personal email as well as other social media URLs they may have. Once running the integration, you can map out all of the results for more contact points.
AI-generated formulas
Not sure which formulas to use in your integrations, or how to implement them? Our AI formulas aim to fix this by suggesting ways to filter through and set conditionals for your data. Just click the "AI" button next to the Formulas box and input a few columns for suggestions.

Updated CSV import flow
Before you add any CSV spreadsheets into Clay, you can now double-check how many rows you'll have before and after to avoid running over your storage space- hooray for the little things!

First we tackled HubSpot, and now it's possible to connect your Salesforce! Automatically pull in your Salesforce contacts to enrich, then create, update, lookup, or get IDs for your records. Now Clay makes it easy to update and cleanup your wonderful CRM.
