nTop: A&D Account Reporting That Turns Research into Actions

We built a Clay-powered Account Reporting system for nTop’s A&D motion so reps have one source of truth per target. Each report captures Company Overview, Strategic Priorities, a tailored Value Narrative, and Signals of Intent (hiring in simulation/CAE/AM/MBSE, CAD/CAE/PLM mentions, public engagement). We seeded and validated on five lighthouse accounts before scaling. Automations handle enrichment and contact cleanup, add persona pain points and traceable source links, and surface LinkedIn signals for instant personalization. Result: faster prep, clearer talk-tracks, and repeatable next steps for SDRs/AEs.

Orb: Account Scoring That Puts SDRs on the 10/10s

We built a Clay-powered Account Scoring System that compresses five fit/intent signals into a single 1–10 score and routes work accordingly. Inputs: LinkedIn intent, Koala fit grade + numeric score, trend “surging,” and SFDC tier; we cap at 10 for clarity. 9–10s auto-route to an SDR for personalized outreach (target ~10 accounts/SDR/week), 5–8s flow to light nurture, and 1–5s are ignored for now. Focus on MidMarket accounts (50–500 employees). The result is a shared language for priority, consistent handoffs, and faster time-to-touch on the right accounts.

ifeel: News-Led ABM for Employee Wellbeing

We built 12 AI-powered Clay workflows that watch signals unique to mental health (events, programs, certifications, press) and turn them into account intel, enriched buyers, and SDR-ready lead packs. Monthly CRM enrichment keeps fields fresh; SDRs work account- and persona-level plays with ready-to-send messaging. Result: time-sensitive opportunities routed fast, with clean data and repeatable motion.

nTop: Social-Signal → Pipeline System

We automated daily social engagement scraping across 30+ LinkedIn Ads, then used Clay to score ICP fit and trigger instant SDR/AE outreach via HubSpot/Salesforce. Hyper-personalized LinkedIn campaigns referenced the exact post that signaled intent, lifting reply quality and AE productivity.
