SCIM Provisioning

Admins can now connect their identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, and more) to Clay to automatically provision and deprovision workspace members.

Go to Settings → Workspace → SCIM provisioning to get started.
Set up the connection with your identity provider in the WorkOS Admin Portal.
Map IdP groups to Clay roles: Admin, Editor, Viewer, and Sales rep.
Members are added and removed automatically as they change in your IdP; SSO is not a prerequisite.

Alongside the launch above, we shipped a few quality-of-life improvements to things you already use.

The Write to Audiences workflow node can now look up records by External record ID and upsert them.

In the Write to Audiences node, look up records using External record ID.
Matching records are updated instead of created again.
Prevents duplicates caused by race conditions when multiple runs write at once.

You can now search by metro area, with 3,056 metros across 151 countries available.

Filter by metro area for where people live.
Filter by metro area for company office locations.
Filter by metro area for past role locations.
The GTM agent, Sculptor, and the Clay plugin/CLI use metro areas automatically.
