NCSOFT West is the western subsidiary of South Korean video game developer NCSOFT, established in 2008 to manage the company's operations in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania. Based in Seattle, Washington, it oversees NC Interactive, initially created in 2001 following the acquisition of Destination Games. In 2021, Jeffrey Anderson joined as the CEO of NCSOFT West, focusing on the game business across the Americas, EMEA, and Oceana regions.
