Before we begin

This Claybook uses Clay’s native integration with Autobound.ai to instantly enrich your prospect list with personalized company and contact insights. You’ll uncover key talking points, hiring trends, competitor moves, and more—so reps can tailor their outreach and walk into every discovery or cold call fully prepared.

Don’t have a list yet? No problem. Use Clay’s Find People search to build one from scratch, or import an existing CSV. Either way, this workflow gets you from “no data” to “ready to sell” in minutes.

How it works:

  • Copy this template to your Clay workspace
  • Import contacts using Find People or your own list (LinkedIn URL or email required)
  • Customize ChatGPT prompt to create tailored talking points
  • Run Autobound enrichment for people and company insights
  • Export talking points to Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or your CRM

Step 1:

Copy this template

First, copy this template in Clay. 

If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.

Step 2:

Import people using Find People

Next, use Clay’s Find People search to pull in contacts that match your target criteria. Once they’re in, Clay will automatically enrich them with their LinkedIn profile details.

Already have a list of contacts? Upload them via CSV or manually drop them into their own column (email or LinkedIn profile required).

Step 3:

Customize ChatGPT prompt

Next, customize the ChatGPT prompt that uses Autobound’s company insights to figure out how your business can help each person’s company most. Just swap in a positioning statement or elevator pitch about your company instead of the current PulseCheck example.

Once you run the Autobound column (next step), this prompt will automatically run.

Step 4:

Generate insights through Autobound integration

Last, run the Autobound column by clicking on the “Run column” play button in the top right corner of the column header (column 12, titled “Generate people & company insights”). But first, enter your personal LinkedIn profile into the “My LinkedIn” column. The Autobound enrichment will use it to identify you as the seller and surface potential insights like shared relationships.

With Clay’s native Autobound integration, the table will enrich each person with personalized sales intel like outreach ideas, talking points, hiring trends, company headcount, and more.
