Clay (Free): to import, qualify, and enrich local businesses from Openmart
Finding the right local businesses to target can be frustrating. Directories are outdated, manual searches are slow, and you often end up with incomplete or messy data.
This Claybook makes it simple. Using Clay’s native Openmart integration, you can pull a fresh, targeted list of local businesses—filtered by exactly the criteria you care about—straight into your workspace. Built-in formulas instantly flag which ones fit your ICP so you can focus on the best opportunities from the start.
How it works:
First, copy this template in Clay.
If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.
The interactive demos on the right will walk you through each step of this Claybook.
Next, using Clay’s native integration with Openmart, import local businesses into the table by customizing the Openmart search criteria in column one.
Select from options like search terms (e.g. coffee shop), city, zip code, maximum number of businesses, minimum Google review ratings, and more to find perfect-fit local businesses.
The table template includes formulas to categorize a business as local, regional, or national, and to determine if it fits your ICP based on data like review ratings, review count, and number of locations. Customize each to fit your business.
Now that you have ICP-fit local businesses imported to your table, it’s time to action your list.
You can enrich companies with more data, scrape their websites for specific information, find store managers and contact information, or even use AI to draft an outbound email—all within Clay.
Start importing, qualifying, and enriching local businesses using Clay and Openmart.
