Before we begin

Finding the right local businesses to target can be frustrating. Directories are outdated, manual searches are slow, and you often end up with incomplete or messy data.

This Claybook makes it simple. Using Clay’s native Openmart integration, you can pull a fresh, targeted list of local businesses—filtered by exactly the criteria you care about—straight into your workspace. Built-in formulas instantly flag which ones fit your ICP so you can focus on the best opportunities from the start.

How it works:

  • Copy this template to your Clay workspace
  • Import local businesses using Clay’s Openmart integration and your chosen search criteria
  • Refine your list with filters like city, zip code, review ratings, and more
  • Score for ICP fit with built-in formulas for business size, review count, and locations
  • Take action by enriching, finding contacts, or sending directly to your outreach tools
