Job changers are one of the highest-converting outbound signals in sales. And now you can track job changes at target accounts quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily—natively in Clay. 

This Claybook helps you automatically track job changes across your target accounts so you can spot warm leads the moment they land in new roles.   • Find contacts who fit your ICP within those target accounts 
  • Track whether or not any of them have recently changed jobs into our out of your target account
  • Customize the workflow: enrich with work emails, notify sales, or use AI to draft outbound messages

Step 1:

Copy this template

First, copy this template in Clay. 

If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.

Step 2:

Customize the “Find Contacts at Companies” enrichment 

Next, customize the Find Contacts at Company enrichment so the table pulls in contacts who match your required job titles, seniority, location, and more. Currently, the table pulls in CISOs and information security professionals.

Step 3:

Add target account company names and domains

Next, paste a list of target account company names and domains into the first two columns of the table. This will trigger the entire workflow, enriching companies with ICP-fit contacts, their personal LinkedIn profile data, and active job openings.

Step 4:

Add the “Monitor for Job Changes” action 

Last, add the “Monitor for Job Changes” action. This will automatically create a new table with job changers, their LInkedIn profile URLs, their new company, previous company, and start date. 

From here, you can customize the workflow as needed: add waterfall enrichment to find work emails, send Slack alerts to sales when champions change jobs, create an AI prompt that drafts an outbound message using job change signals, and more.
