I’m a GTM Systems and Revenue Operations leader who builds the underlying architecture companies need to run clear, coordinated, and scalable revenue motions. I focus on turning fragmented GTM environments into coherent systems where signals, ownership, and workflows make sense, enabling teams to move with greater precision, consistency, and confidence across the funnel.
I translate this vision into real, working architecture. In practice, that means designing the underlying data, ownership, and workflow models that make these signal-driven ideas work day to day. This includes creating unified data structures, defining clean account and territory logic, and building routing and lifecycle frameworks that ensure every signal has a clear place to go and a clear owner. I take pride in turning complex GTM challenges into systems that operate smoothly, predictably, and at scale.
GTM teams are now being pushed toward operating models that respond to real customer behavior rather than static metrics or linear funnels. AI will accelerate this shift, but its impact depends on the quality and clarity of the signals it receives. Most organizations aren’t structured for this yet. I want to help companies make that transition by creating the structures that let AI interpret signals accurately and guide GTM teams with clarity and confidence.
