I'm a business development professional and fractional c-suite operative (mostly VP of Sales, Fractional CEO, and Fractional COO) with 10+ years of experience in executing GTMs and growth strategies (primarily focused on emerging tech and IT). I founded my own B2B startup (SaaS/IoT) which I sold via acquisition. In that role, I raised capital (2 rounds), built a world class team, brought 2 products to market for enterprise customers in the U.S. and international markets (7 figures ARR), and was issued IP. (2024) VP of Sales at Nimblefi, a cash flow positive fintech startup servicing the banking/credit union sector, I conceived & implemented a 4-pronged GTM strategy using real-time response marketing, developed all the systems necessary to scale the sales team, developed SOPs, created a commission model (along with ROI calculations & revenue prediction), & implemented a Sales Rep program that saved significant CAC expenditure (upwards of 50%), decreased sales cycle (upwards of 60%) & generated a pipeline of 30 enterprise customers representing 10m ARR upon full conversion.

(2024) I consulted Eastern Topographics, acting as the fractional Head of BD where I led new productization and market research in a new industry sector, and built a sales team where we maintained an 8% MoM growth (creating a 10% increase in total annual revenue (in new business) in the first quarter and headed a quasi-digital transformation of his business pivoting to drone usage and integrating automated systems (like CRMs, Zapier). Conversion ratios increase from 2.3% to 10% under my tenure.

(2017) I was the Business Development Executive and Tristate Territory Representative of a boutique IT Security firm where I ran regional expansion, built a small sales team, and drove 760k in revenue over 14 months (38% increase in new sales).

Since October 2023, I have consulted with over 15 companies (in various industries, primarily IT) since October 2023 in consultatory and fractional c-suite positions leading to long-term relationships and growth in their businesses.
