GTM engineering systems built in your stack: outbound, signals, TAM and RevOps in Clay and code, from someone who built them in-house

I'm Garrett Wolfe (linkedin.com/in/garrettawolfe), founder of OneGTM. I was employee #9 at Unify, where I helped take ARR from $400K to $6M+ and built the automated outbound behind $15M+ in pipeline. Now I build the same systems for B2B teams, in Clay and in code, inside your own stack, so you own everything when we're done.

What I build:

- Outbound engines: Clay tables feeding Instantly and HeyReach, persona scoring, cold email infrastructure and mailbox health

- Signal-driven GTM: hiring, job changes, funding, website visitors and custom signals, routed to reps in Slack

- TAM and scoring: full account universes, fit scoring kept separate from signals, enrichment waterfalls

- RevOps and CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio builds, routing and reporting

- AI in the workflow: Claude and Claude Code agents for research, scoring, copy and reply handling

A recent result: for Coastal Recruiting, accepted candidate intros went from 72 to 340 a month (4.7x) between April and August 2026. The full case study is at getaob.com/coastal-recruiting-case-study

Teams I've built for include Coastal Recruiting, Patlytics (AI patent platform), SuperDial (healthcare voice AI), Antimetal (infra SaaS), Stuut (AR automation), Enata (field sales AI) and Lindapter (industrial fasteners).

How I work: it's me plus a small team. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your ICP and what's already in your stack, then a scoped build. Some teams want the whole system built, some want an advisor while their own GTM engineer runs it. Both work.

I also co-authored the State of GTME 2026 report and write about GTM engineering at getaob.com.
