Is Workflows generally available?

Workflows is in beta. You can build, test, and run workflows in your Clay workspace today. We are frequently shipping updates and improving the experience for our users.

Can I keep using my existing tables and bulk enrichments?

Yes! Your existing tables and bulk enrichments aren’t going anywhere. New enrichment experiences in Audiences will increasingly run through Workflows, giving you more control over testing, troubleshooting, and what happens next.

Can I move an existing table into Workflows?

Yes, you can import individual tables and multi-table workbooks into a workflow.

How do Workflows and Audiences work together?

Audiences hold your customer and prospect data. Workflows can trigger when records enter or change in a segment, act on those records, and write the results back to Audiences for reusability across plays.

Can Workflows connect to systems outside Clay?

Yes. Workflows can use Clay’s integrations, supported actions, and webhooks to receive data from and send results to systems such as your CRM, Slack, and sequencing tools.

How does Workflows usage affect my credits?

Credits are consumed based on the enrichments or AI usage you choose to include in your workflow. There’s no additional credit cost to use a workflow beyond the underlying enrichments.

Which Clay plans include Workflows?

Workflows is available on Enterprise, Growth, Launch, Free, and Trial plans. Legacy self-serve plans (Pro, Explorer, and Starter) have access to Workflows through the end of 2026.
