Clay is central to how we build a centralized data orchestration layer for our clients. We build out Clay starting with an audit of the client's existing stack/data, then layer on Contact and Account (+ other object) enrichment tables with waterfall logic, integrate enriched data into HubSpot/Salesforce (and other tools), build out signal-based workflows that surface the right Accounts and Contacts at the right time.
We treat Clay implementations as continuous work streams. On a sprint cadence, we monitor table health, refine Claygent prompts, fix enrichment gaps, and build additional use cases as clients' GTM motions evolve. Our clients get a system that gets smarter over time, not a build that goes stale.
