With 10 years of experience in RevOps leadership and strategic consulting, I help B2B companies scale through modern revenue systems powered by Clay.
Over the past decade, I’ve advised 25+ SaaS and tech companies across the US, Europe, and APAC on tech-enabled RevOps transformation, GTM orchestration, and modern RevTech systems architecture.
I’m also the founder of the RevTech Accelerator, a 3-month growth program for RevOps & GTM advisors. With 10+ alumni from the first two cohorts, it has grown into a global network of senior experts specializing in modern go-to-market approaches and RevTech systems design.
How I Work
My preferred model is Done-With-You, operating at the strategic level.
Although I no longer execute projects hands-on, I partner with founders and GTM leaders as an executive advisor, helping translate revenue strategies into effective, tech-enabled processes.
On selected high-impact engagements, I join as the strategic lead (currently one project per quarter) – shaping the overall approach and directly overseeing the RevOps roadmap, system architecture design, and complex Clay implementations.
For delivery, I assemble a fractional team of senior experts – certified alumni of the RevTech Accelerator – who bring deep expertise across RevOps, systems architecture, data management, and leading GTM technologies like Clay. Together, we operate as a cohesive fractional RevOps team, supporting your organisation end-to-end.
