How accurate is the company and contact data in my TAM list?

Clay's waterfall enrichment lifts contact coverage to 85-95% compared to 60-75% from a single provider. In Clay's own benchmarks, top work-email providers score 94-97% accuracy on verified addresses. Firmographic data (industry, headcount, geography) lands around 80-88% accuracy across providers, and Clay's multi-source approach fills gaps that any one database misses.

Can I build a TAM list for thousands of companies at once?

Yes. Sculptor generates your full TAM table in bulk. Start with 200-500 rows to validate ICP fit, then scale to thousands. Is it legal to collect company data for TAM sizing?

Company-level firmographic data (industry, headcount, revenue) is generally not considered personal data under GDPR or CCPA. When you add individual contacts like a Head of Marketing email, GDPR's legitimate interest basis (Article 6(1)(f)) applies in the EU, and California's CCPA now covers B2B work emails after the exemption expired in January 2023. Penalties under CCPA reach $7,988 per intentional violation.

Include an opt-out in every outreach, honor deletion requests promptly, and check the rules for your jurisdiction before launching campaigns.
