Sculptor takes your CRM export or account list, then runs each record through Clay's waterfall enrichment across 150+ data providers in sequence until it resolves a confirmed company name and verified email. If standard databases miss a field, Claygent searches the open web for unstructured data to fill the gap. The enriched table populates automatically, one row per account.

How accurate is Clay's customer profile enrichment?

Waterfall enrichment typically lifts verified-email coverage from roughly 20% with a single provider to around 80% by querying multiple sources in sequence. Clay also flags stale records by comparing enriched job titles and domains against your existing CRM data, so mismatches get surfaced before they reach your outbound workflows.

Can I enrich customer profiles in bulk for a whole list?

Yes. Paste a list, upload a CSV, or pipe records directly from your CRM into a Clay table and Sculptor enriches every row in one run. Once complete, push verified fields back to HubSpot or Salesforce with Clay's native integrations, or export the enriched file as a CSV for downstream use.

Is enriching customer profiles with third-party data legally compliant?

In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act applies to all commercial email, including B2B, with penalties up to $53,088 per violation. In the EU, GDPR allows B2B data enrichment under the legitimate interest basis (Article 6(1)(f)), but you must conduct a balancing test and inform contacts on first outreach. CCPA may also apply to California-based contacts.

Always honor opt-out requests promptly and check the rules for your specific jurisdiction before sending enriched-data-driven campaigns.
