Claygent also reads each company's website and classifies it as commercial, residential, or brokerage-only so you keep only relevant firms.

How accurate are the company and email results?

Clay's waterfall enrichment typically pushes email coverage from around 30% with a single provider to 80% or higher by querying 10+ providers in sequence. Every email returned goes through ZeroBounce validation before it hits your list, which flags invalid and risky addresses. Company data comes from Clay's Find Companies dataset aggregating 100+ sources, so firmographic details like location and headcount stay current.

Can I find real estate companies in bulk for an entire region?
