Once it has a name, it runs that person through Clay's waterfall enrichment across 150+ contact-data providers to locate a verified email. You get back owner name and owner email in a ready-to-use table.

How accurate are the owner emails Sculptor returns?

Clay's waterfall enrichment pushes email coverage from roughly 30% with a single provider to about 80%, tripling your hit rate. In Clay's own benchmark of 12 email-finding tools across 4,700+ contacts, seven providers scored above 96% confidence on SMB contacts, with Datagma leading at 97.7%. Each email runs through multiple providers in sequence, so if one source misses, the next picks it up.

Can I generate commercial property owner leads in bulk?

Is it legal to cold-email commercial property owners?
