Coverage for any single area depends on how well public records map to contact databases. Can I generate homeowner leads for multiple zip codes at once?

Is it legal to cold email homeowners for real estate leads?

The CAN-SPAM Act governs commercial email to homeowners: every message must identify you as the sender, include a physical address, and offer a clear opt-out that you honor within 10 business days.
