How does Sculptor find decision-makers at target companies?

Sculptor takes your target industry or company list and runs a "Find People at These Companies" search filtered by job title, seniority level, and job function to surface VPs, Directors, and other decision-makers. It then runs waterfall enrichment across up to 12 email providers, including Hunter, Findymail, and LeadMagic, stopping as soon as a verified match is found. Each row returns a company name and verified email, ready for outreach.

How accurate are the decision-maker emails Clay returns?

Coverage typically lands between 70% and 80%+ when Clay waterfalls across multiple providers, compared to roughly 30% from a single source. In Clay's own testing, LeadMagic hit 89% coverage for SMB contacts and Findymail reached 88% for enterprise contacts. Each email passes SMTP verification before it reaches your table, so bounce rates stay low and your sender reputation stays intact.

Can I find decision-makers for a whole list at once?

Yes. Paste a list of companies, upload a CSV, or pipe rows from an existing Clay table. Sculptor processes every row in bulk, returning company name and verified email for each decision-maker it finds. Is it legal to collect and email decision-makers using B2B data?

CAN-SPAM applies to all commercial email, including B2B. It requires accurate sender information, a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and a valid physical address. Violations carry penalties of up to $53,088 per email. In the EU and UK, GDPR allows B2B outreach under the legitimate interest basis (Article 6(1)(f)), but you must document that interest and honor opt-out requests promptly.
