Sculptor monitors social channels, Reddit, and YouTube for keyword and domain mentions in a single Clay table. It uses the Find Post Audiences action to pull full post content, reactions, and audience details daily. Claygent then classifies each mention by sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, or mixed) so you can prioritize accounts showing buying intent or competitor frustration. Finally, waterfall enrichment locates a verified Head of Marketing email at each flagged company.

How accurate are the brand mention results and contact emails?

Mention capture depends on keyword specificity. Claygent sentiment classification lets you filter noise so only relevant, high-intent mentions surface. For the Head of Marketing email, Clay's waterfall enrichment checks 10+ providers (including Hunter, Apollo, and Prospeo) and lifts coverage from roughly 30% with a single provider to around 80%, according to Clay's published benchmarks. That multi-source approach routinely outperforms any one data vendor on its own.

Can I track brand mentions in bulk for a whole list?

Yes. Paste a list of company domains, upload a CSV, or pipe rows from an existing Clay table, and Sculptor processes every company in parallel. Push finished rows directly to HubSpot or Salesforce, or export the full table as a CSV for outreach sequencing.

Is it legal to use intent signals like brand mentions for outreach?

GDPR permits B2B outreach under the legitimate interest basis (Article 6(1)(f)), but you must document a three-part balancing test and honor opt-out requests immediately under Article 21. In the US, CAN-SPAM governs commercial email and requires a working unsubscribe mechanism. The CCPA/CPRA B2B data exemption expired in January 2023, so California contacts now hold full consumer privacy rights.
