Pushing data to your CRM

👉 Why Use this Enrichment?

  • Automatically push your enriched data to your CRM the moment it’s ready in Clay. Companies use this to keep tens of thousands (Sometimes hundreds of thousands) of records up to date in HubSpot/Salesforce each month!

🤖 How this source works:

  • Add your CRM as a column in your Clay table. You can lookup, update, and create records for HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. Simply map the fields you want to add from your Clay table to the corresponding properties in the CRM integration.
  • We highly recommend starting with the lookup enrichment for your CRM. This lookup will ensure that you do not create any duplicates. After running the lookup enrichment, you can trigger two additional columns conditionally:
    • If the lookup comes back empty → Run Create Company or Create Contact
    • If the lookup comes back with a match → Run Update Company or Update Contact

Step 1: On your people table, click “Enrich Data” in the top right!

Step 2: Select the Lookup or Create

Step 3: Select your CRM for Lookup or Export!
