NAICS filtering
NAICS codes are now available as a company filter in Search, so you can target a market by industry classification instead of approximating it with existing industry filters.
- Filter Companies in Search by NAICS code, searching either by numerical code or by code name.
- Pick any level of the hierarchy, from 2-digit sector down to 6-digit national industry.
- Skip the workaround of running a post-search enrichment just to get NAICS data.
Describe your target market the same way your customers do, with more structure and granularity than Clay's existing industry filters.
Prorated refunds for plan upgrades
Self-serve customers who upgrade their plan now receive a credit on their invoice for unused credits and actions from their current billing period.
- Applies when a self-serve workspace upgrades its plan mid-billing-period.
- Unused credits and actions from the current period are credited back on the invoice.
- The credit appears on the upgrade invoice rather than being handled case by case.
Upgrading mid-cycle no longer means paying twice for the same period.
QoL updates
Alongside the launches above, we shipped a set of quality-of-life improvements to things you already use across enrichments, tables, Audiences, and the Clay MCP. None of them change how a feature works, but each one removes a bit of friction from the workflows you run every day.
Clearer enrichment action descriptions
Action descriptions across the enrichment catalog have been audited and rewritten.
- Descriptions now say what each action actually does, rather than restating its name.
- The updated copy shows up wherever you browse or search the catalog.
- The change is live for everyone, with no setup required.
Picking the right enrichment takes less trial and error.
Auto-delete warning for webhook-source tables
Tables with a webhook source now show a warning when auto-delete is turned off.
- The banner appears on any table that receives data from a webhook source.
- It flags that a table with auto-delete off can reach its record limit, at which point webhooks may stop processing new records.
- It recommends turning auto-delete on so incoming data keeps flowing.
Webhook data no longer stops silently once a table fills up.
Faster path to signal results in Audiences
A set of improvements across all signals in Audiences that shortens the trip from running a signal to acting on it.
- The status pane stays open, so you can track run status and results in near real time.
- The view auto-scrolls to the relevant results instead of leaving you to find them.
- You can go from signal results to a segment in under three clicks.
Less waiting and clicking between a signal firing and a segment you can work.
Clickable links in MCP widget results
URLs returned inside the Clay MCP widget are now clickable.
- Click a URL under More Data in the contact detail pane to open it in a new tab.
- Click a URL in the single-result card in direct mode to do the same.
- Values that aren't links render as plain text instead of a dead link.
Reps can open a record or website straight from a result in Claude or ChatGPT, without copying links out by hand.
