I've been in the Agency Recruitment Industry for over a decade. I have built and scaled my own global recruitment company and moved into consulting new recruitment founders the skills and operational strategy to start their own companies. As part of this I have been developing and building my own custom tools and products focused on Sales Enablement and Operations within Recruitment. 

I now run Recruiter Tools which is a business helping small/mid recruitment companies implement tools to create higher efficiency sales teams and GTM strategy with focus on increasing profit per sales head. 

I have built products including:

  • Missed Deal Trackers (Connect to CRM and run weekly to find missed placements and revenue)
