About
I’ve taken a non-traditional path in my career, moving from supply chain management to design and now into product support. On paper, that might look scattered. In reality, it’s shaped how I think. In a world where AI makes knowledge easier to replicate, I see real value in not coming from a straight line. My background pushes me to approach problems differently.
Design taught me to think from a literal, physical point of view, how something feels, how it’s used, and where friction shows up. I bring that lens into product support every day. When a user runs into an issue with our UI, I don’t just look at what is broken; I look at why it feels broken from their perspective. I step into their experience and work backward to find the root cause.
As an employee, I am a hustler. I am dependable, almost to a fault, and constantly looking for ways to improve processes. I am the colleague pinging you at 4 pm asking if there is anything I can take off your plate if I have the bandwidth. At my core, I genuinely enjoy helping users and teammates, and I am always thinking about how we can make the experience better for everyone.
