I’m a GTM researcher and enrichment specialist with a decade of experience across data acquisition, CRM quality, and supporting operations for sales, marketing and IT teams. I previously led global support function with a high headcount, building scalable processes and managing large third party data tools. Now I help startups, agencies, and tech for good companies use Clay to automate research, build stronger ICPs, and maintain clean, reliable data. My focus is on doing the foundations but doing them well, creating simple, functional, efficient Clay workflows that save time, cut costs, and unlock smarter prospecting for growing teams.
Experience
Head of Data Acquisition, Full-Time, London UK, 01/2015 to 04/2024
Led global data acquisition and governance operations for a 50 person team across the UK, US, and India. Oversaw CRM data quality for Salesforce, managed third party enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, Lusha, HG Insights, Gartner, Informatica datasets), and delivered strategic data projects supporting sales, marketing, and operations. Built some simple, functional and scalable enrichment processes, automated research workflows, and partnered with senior leadership to drive cleaner pipelines and better decision making. Developed offshore teams, implemented GDPR compliant processes, and supported all brands across the group including Rebura, Revolent, and TRG. This role forms the foundation of my expertise in data operations, enrichment, and GTM system design. Ive recent took my redundancy to deep dive into GTM/RevOps where ive alreayd been really interested and passionate about developing in the space.
