I founded Ghost's Automation department from zero to 2 direct reports and 10 off-shore contractors after being moved between 9 managers who couldn't figure out where I fit. Built a marketplace intelligence database processing 500M+ SKUs for an industry that historically had no digital infrastructure, creating AI-powered systems that save $2M annually across Finance, Logistics, and Sales.
My fashion merchandising background gives me pattern recognition most technical people don't have; I can hang with engineers on Python scrapers and LLM architectures, then turn around and explain the same system to Finance in terms of cost savings. Competitive FPS gaming (growing up I loved Call of Duty) taught me systems thinking under pressure, which translates directly to building n8n automations that handles 100+ seller lots weekly and helps build enterprise offers, which average $1M+ per order.
I solve problems by finding similarities across departments. Started with itemization workflows (took supply processing from 2-3 days to 30-60 minutes), then expanded when our CTO noticed I could build systems that worked for everyone. Now looking for Technical Program Manager, GTM Engineer, AI Technical Operations or similar roles at Series B-D companies where I can build systems that create value across multiple teams and leverage my creative problem solving skills.
