About
After graduating with an engineering degree from Cardiff University, I pursued my dream of living and working in Tokyo. I became an IT recruitment consultant for FinTech companies at Robert Walters Japan. I went on to manage various teams and eventually left Japan at the end of 2012, when I moved to Vancouver, BC with my wife.
In Vancouver I started my first company. I learned how to use marketing automation and paid advertising. My primary business became running paid ad campaigns for local businesses across the United States. Cold email was my main channel to book sales calls with potential clients.
This experience led me to discovering Clay in 2024. Clay was the answer to all of my problems - automating all of the manual processes that my team had been handling. I dove deep into Clay with the goal of using it to automate my entire outbound process.
Now I help recruitment agencies, marketing agencies, SaaS and AI companies to build and run their own outbound infrastructure and optimize it so that they can build consistent pipeline via evergreen, fully automated workflows.
