I’m Paola, founder of InPro B2B. I build predictable outbound systems for B2B technical companies — mostly software houses and engineering firms — that need consistent qualified pipeline but don’t have the time or structure to run outbound properly. I specialize in cold email, ICP definition, offer strategy, and end-to-end appointment setting. My work focuses on helping technical founders replace “random referrals” with a repeatable engine that generates sales conversations every month. I enjoy the technical side of GTM and love simplifying complex processes for founders who have no time to do it themselves.
