How to Find Multiple Contacts at a Company Using Clay
Introduction
Hello, everyone. In this video, we will learn how to find multiple relevant contacts in a company using Clay. This will be beneficial to those who not only want to reach the CEOs or founders of the company but also wish to connect with other key persons within the organization.
Creating Your Company List
The first step involves creating a list of company names that we've enriched for their web domain and their LinkedIn company.
Using Enriched Data
Next, we go to enriched data and select the option 'Find an enriched person from Google Search'. Here, we will enter our search query beginning with the company name.
Crafting the Search Query
To ensure that the company name is a constant in every returned result, it is advisable to put quotations around the company name. After that, list all possible titles of the people you intend to reach out to. These could include CEO, President, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Owner, CFO, CTO, and others. Use 'OR' to separate each title and enclose them in parentheses.
Excluding Specific Individuals
To exclude specific individuals from your search, use the minus sign before the title. This will ensure that the search will not include those individuals in the result.
Repeating the Process
Now you repeat this process, excluding the names of the people you've already found each time you do a new search. This will help you find different people in the company.
Finding Email Addresses
Once you've gathered a substantial list of people, the next step is to find their email addresses. This process involves going to Enrich Data, selecting Clay Enrichments, finding the Work email by full name, and using the company domain.
Iterating For All Contacts
You can then repeat this process for all the contacts you've found, giving you multiple validated work email addresses ready to go for all your workflows.
