How to import data from your CRM
Import Data from CRM's like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close.
Connecting Clay with your CRM system can be an incredibly helpful tool for automating your sales flow. Importing contacts with partial information, enriching them with Clay, and sending them back out to your CRM can help increase sales and lower your cost in attaining them.
In this video, Matthew goes through the steps needed to connect your CRM and get started. Here’s how he did it:
Step 1: Go to Clay, click “New Table” and then “Start with Blank Table”.
Step 2: Go to the “Import Data” tab on the top right of your Clay tab, then find the CRM that you use.
Step 3: Find your CRM’s API key and plug it into Clay. It will then ask how the max amount of records you want to pull in.
If your CRM isn’t currently supported by Clay, you can use Webhooks to set up a nonnative CRM.
From here, you can enrich your contacts, send them back to your CRM, and find the contacts of your dreams 🪐. We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!
