StockGro has successfully raised funds through seven rounds, with the latest being a Series B round. The company is backed by 35 investors, including notable names like Mukul Agarwal and Param Capital.
StockGro, the Bengaluru-based social investment and stock market advisory platform, has raised $13 million in a Series B1 funding round from existing investor BITKRAFT Ventures, announced on December 19, 2025. This followed a $17 million Series B round led by Param Capital founder Mukul Agrawal in late November 2025 (INR 150 crore), bringing the company's total Series B fundraise to approximately $30 million.
The Series B1 round saw BITKRAFT Ventures — an existing investor since 2021 — commit fresh capital to support StockGro's expansion into new regions and its AI-driven multi-asset investment advisory platform. The Series B was structured as a convertible round with valuation to be determined based on future performance, at a post-money valuation of over $360 million.
Prior to the Series B, StockGro had raised INR 50 crore (~$5.7 million) in debt funding from Trifecta Capital in September 2025, and INR 205 crore (~$25 million) in debt from Hindustan Media Ventures and Trifecta Ventures across two tranches in January 2024. The company had previously raised $32 million in its Series A led by BITKRAFT Ventures, General Catalyst, and Itai Tsiddon in January 2022, and $5 million in a Pre-Series A from Roots Ventures and Velo Partners in August 2021. An angel round of $1 million was raised in December 2020 from founders including Kunal Shah (CRED) and Vivekananda Hallekere.
Founded in 2020 by Ajay Lakhotia, StockGro has raised approximately $97 million in total through a mix of equity and debt from investors including General Catalyst, BITKRAFT Ventures, SBI Holdings, Root Ventures, Trifecta Capital, Hindustan Media Ventures, and a subsidiary of SoftBank. The platform serves retail investors across India with SEBI-registered analyst insights, social investing features, and AI-powered research tools.
