A customer used my link but I don’t see them on my Rewardful portal / they didn’t receive 3,000 credits. What’s going on here?
For Solutions Partners who refer a new customer, you will receive revenue share while your customer receives 3,000 credits if they meet these conditions:
- Create a new account at clay.com using your unique referral link from Rewardful
- Accept all cookies, which are used to tag you as the referrer
- Use the same browser from visit to signup
- Become a paying customer
- Wait 30 days for the payment to be considered non-refundable.

You will need to prepare:
- The referred customers email associated with Clay
- New signup workspace #
- Referrer name and email
- A screenshot of your conversation with the customer confirming their intention to be referred by you
