I submitted my application, can you check on my application status?
We process Solutions Partner applications at the beginning of each month. E.g. if you submitted your application any time in January, you’ll hear back during the first week of February via email. We will also let you know via email if we're missing materials from you, and what we're missing.
Unfortunately, our team is not able to offer individualized feedback or check for status updates beyond this. If more than one month has passed and you haven't received any email communications from us, our emails may have gone to spam - you can enquire with partnerships@clay.com using the subject line "Missing comms - more than one month after application".
