Why is my affiliate payment still pending?
The platform we use, Rewardful, has a default 30 day pending period. This is used to prevent paying commissions to sales that may be refunded. You will see these referrals in the ‘Pending Commissions’ category in your Rewardful dashboard.
After your affiliate payment has passed the 30 day pending period, it will appear as "due" in your Rewardful dashboard. We release due payments on a weekly basis. Your payment will be deposited to the Paypal account associated.
