Prior to joining Aledade, Lalith served as Chief Technology Officer at Hinge Health, where he upleveled the R&D organization by modernizing infrastructure, establishing robust operational excellence and engineering processes, standardizing career ladders, and launching international development centers. Through the use of computer vision, generative AI, ML-led personalization, process automation, and UX and hardware innovation, he helped grow billings from $100M per year to approximately $500M per year with 78% gross margins and positive free cash flow, positioning the company for a successful IPO. Before that, he spent 13 years at Amazon, where he led the unification of Amazon's EU Fulfillment network and the launch of Amazon eCommerce in Europe and India. He built and led Amazon India's 1,400-person technology organization, growing revenue from $100M ARR to over $10 billion, with innovations that also accelerated Amazon's success across other emerging markets.
